Comfort and Strength in Labor Through the Rebozo
In this class expectant couples, midwives and doulas learn how to invite comfort and strength into their labor. You will learn about the history of the Rebozo. How to help the laboring woman find comfort during her labor. This class empowers the birth partner and the mother during this important work. This is a 2 hour class

Ancient Traditions in Labor and Birth with Gena Kirby and Lynn Wolf
In this 6 hour class you will be introduced to the Rebozo. A shawl, that midwives in Mexico have used on mothers for centuries. You will learn how to use it to bring relaxation, comfort and strength to women in labor from Gena Kirby. During this time you will also learn about essential oils and how to use them in labor, as well as a prenatal yoga session from Lynn Wolf.
